Friday Night Mixer: Typical bar snacks and cash bar. Dress is casual for Friday.

Saturday sit-down dinner menu options: All dinners include: Marriott tossed salad – tender baby field greens, garnished with cilantro, cucumbers, and honey carrots with red wine vinaigrette. Starbucks coffee, Tazo teas, iced tea, fresh baked rolls, butter and margarine.

• Chicken Pesto – Seared chicken breast topped with fresh herb pesto cream, whipped mashed potatoes, and julienne yellow squash and zucchini. Dessert: Black Forest Cake.
• New London Broil – Citrus marinated flank steak with forest mushroom sauce, rosemary roasted potatoes, and fresh seasonal vegetables. Dessert: Chocolate Cake.
• Almond Crusted Tilapia – Pan seared tilapia encrusted with slices almonds finished with a grilled pineapple cilantro relish, fresh vegetables and wild rice pilaf. Dessert: Bourbon Pecan Tart.

Anyone who requires a gluten free or vegetarian meal will need to request such when meal selection is made.

Saturday night dress is “Sunday best” or as formal as you want to be!
